Please read carefully before you submit your entry sheet for RMs

Entry summary

• Number of participants :
  total 60 including for both RM430Tokyo2700 and RM430Tokyo1350.
  total 70 including for RM505Tokyo1350.
  Whitin this number, some slot are allocated for overseas riders.
  First-in First-served basis.
  No waiting ques for overseas riders entry.
• For RM430Tokyo2700 and RM430Tokyo1350;
  Entry will be done for category 1 and category 2. Please see ‘Required homologation’. No entry will be accepted for category-2 if category 1 is full.

  As mentioned on BRM pages, you are also required to have homologation of BRM300 or more distance in 2020. You must show your 2020 homologation beforehand. You will be treated as DNS unless you show this homologation.

  Entry will be commenced 2019 Dec 13 Fri 9pm, closed at 2020 Jan 24 Fri 12pm.

How to Entry

1. Go to the entry link shown at the end of this page, fill-in each item on format, then submit.
2. Organizer will send you confirmation e-mail once category required homologation are checked.
   In some case, overbooking will be happened due to system under certain  conditions. In even such case, overbooking entry riders will be canceled entries. So please wait for entry confirmation e-mail.
3. You are asked to provide these information at the entry sheet;

Cancel Policy

• For RM430Tokyo2700 and RM430Tokyo1350, fee will be refund based on the refund table policy. Bank transfer fee will be paid by participation.

• For hotel room charge, cancel policy will be same to hotel Cape Sata. Cancel fee will be charged 5 days before your stay. Full refund will be made until then. Bank transfer fee will be paid by participation.
• No refund will be made for transportation from Kagoshima city center to Cape Sata.
• No refund will be made for RM505Tokyo1350.

Hotel accommodation the day before the start at Cape Sata

• Price will be 12100 JPY for 1 person stay with breakfast and dinner (including 4000JPY menu) with service charge and tax included.
• 3 person shared 1 room.
• Japanese style room (Tatami, futon)
• Please note that there are very limited accommodation are available around Cape Sata. If you arrange your accommodation by yourself, we recommend that booking should be done as early as possible.

Entry Sheet entry policy

• Your entry is invalid if you submit the category without homologation(s)
  Your entry is invalid if there are no reply from you within 5 days, if your  homologation(s) are not confirmed, if payment will not be done on due date.
• Your entry is invalid if you are Japan residents.
• Duplicated entries will be:
  (1) Both invalid if you submit your entries for BRM430Tokyo2700 and RM505Tokyo1350.
  (2) Both valid if you submit your entries for BRM430Tokyo1350 and BRM505Tokyo1350.
  (3) Your first entry will be valid if you submit your entries for both Categories,  other entries are regarded invalid.

Points riders must consider

• Insurance: Insurance must be prepared by the participants.
• Pre-check for whole course in just few weeks ahead of the even by the organizer is NOT realistic, therefore not conducted. If a rider face suspended route, riders will be required to cope with the re-route or divert with rational and/or reasonable considerations.
• This brevet may be canceled or postponed under certain conditions such as weather or other force majeure events before or after the start. For example, it may snow at the beginning of May in Hokkaido. Cancelling policy above will be applied for such a circumstances. Cancel or postponed announcement will be notified on Randonnuers Tokyo homepage and/or via e-mail to the participants.
• Support: No support will be provided by the organizer. All are covered by yourself.
• Support among participants are allowed during this brevet. However, support with non-participants are not allowed. Ride with non-participants will be regarded  as support and cause disqualifications.
• Support by non-participants are allowed at PC.
• DNF: If you abandon this brevet, please send e-mail to the organizer. e-mail address are showed on Brevet Card.
